Here’s the thing. The festival is available all year round, but if you’ve downloaded all the songs and listened to all the interviews, maybe you’re still scratching around for something to listen to. Fear not, fair geek! The Geek Pop Playlist Podcast is your monthly antidote to geek boredom. Scroll down to browse the archive below.

PRESENTING… THE GEEK POP PLAYLIST PODCAST!
The concept is this: every month we sift through suggestions from our listeners and choose five songs that are in some way linked (often tenuously) to science. Then we stick them in a podcast and talk about them. Sometimes we get a little bit off track, and sometimes we have to crowbar in the science, but there’s always plenty of nerdiness and a generous helping of banter.
HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?
Just subscribe to our regular podcast feed through iTunes or Google. You’ll also receive all the festival performances, for free, when the festival launches in March.
HOW DO I SUGGEST A SONG?
Send your sciencey song suggestions to crew@geekpop.co.uk or tweet them at @geekpop

Thanks to Intercontinental Music Lab for their awesome intro and outro music, which we use every month. It’s taken from Probe II’s Golden Message on the Superheroes of Space album.
