The New Campaign for More Sound
About the band: Based in Bristol, home of Geek Pop HQ, Robot Disaster are a band of punk-pop persuasion. As you'll hear in our Green Room interview with lead singer Gav, they're named after an exhibit in the Science Museum in London and have some forthright opinions about robots. For a young band, they have some impressive credits, including playing with the likes of Calvin Harris and Dirty Pretty Things, and airtime on BBC 6Music and NME Radio. 'The New Campaign for More Sound', about the science behind producing great sound, is due to be released on their next single and is free to download exclusively for Geek Pop listeners. >>> Check out Robot Disaster on MySpace for details of upcoming gigs and releases.
