ABOUT HELEN ARNEY: Helen Arney's somewhat unique perspectives on love, science and biscuits never fail to amuse. This year at Geek Pop, Helen's embracing her wild side and her hip-hop collaboration with Mr Simmonds - producer for evolutionary rap legend Baba Brinkman - tells in (often painfully) accurate detail of her desire to make love "exactly like animals". It's the first track on Geek Pop's debut release Geek Like Me and features the lyrical DUDE that is Professor Elemental. Helen has a seemingly insatiable appetite for doggy style new projects and has a hand in a number of other geek schemes, including Festival of the Spoken Nerd and comedy girl band The Balconettes. She'll be touring with the Uncaged Monkey crew during April and May, taking her comedy science songs to audiences across the UK and hanging out with proper famous people like Robin Ince and Brian Cox. And when she's finished with all that, she'll probably have to sleep for a bit.

Geek Pop will donate a third of the profits from this release to a fund for new science-inspired music.
